Asked for tire pressure check and air - not only did the technician check the mounted tires but he crawled under the rear and checked the spare tire - which was waaaay low. (basically useless if I had needed it) No other technician has ever done that at other tire stores.

Roy's fixed an engine problem another company could not fix or diagnose. I was kept informed of what was happening and they explained to me what the problem seemed to be and what options I had. It has been almost a month and I have not had any problems. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the price for the repair was less than what I expected. I would recommend Roy's to anyone needing anything done with their vehicle.

Great experience with Roy's. At the behest of our insurance company's opinion, I had towed my car to them with a plethora of problems that I knew would be pricey, and I was expecting somewhere in the neighborhood of $5,000 for repair. Well, not only did they get everything diagnosed quicker than I thought they would, but they ended up giving me a price that was less than half of what I had expected. There were a couple of items that had to be adjusted as they had gotten further along into repairs, and the folks there were prompt and accurate when communicating any changes in needs or prices, which was very helpful when it came to planning. I appreciate that they are very straightforward and honest about what is needed and what things will cost up front, and they are great at communicating any changes as needed.

I took my truck in to have the A/C Freon replaced. I figured I would have to leave it there, but they did it immediately! They also found that it was leaking and injected dye to find where it was. My check engine light was on as well so I'll be going back this week to find the leak and fix whatever is wrong. My truck was also revving constantly and they said that it could be the A/C and it might self-correct after the refill! Instead of charging me to find what's wrong, they suggested I wait to see if the A/C would fix it! It did! They were honest, professional and had my A/C done within 30 minutes at a fair price! Excellent!

Did a regular 5k mile service on my 2011 Prius here and it was so easy and efficient! Took about 90 min (this was my first time here) and their waiting room is comfortable with free coffee and water. More importantly, it only cost A THIRD of the price that Rice Toyota charged me despite changing the engine air filter this time too! Will definitely be back here for all my future car needs!
